A. Our Kits were originally designed from DIY
fifteen years ago. With our instructions, this will be
trouble free. |

Q. Will I need
planning permission?
A. Planning permission is not always required,
the steel base is regarded as a non permanent
structure, free advice is always available. |

Q. How Long is
the kit designed to last?
A. The kit comes with a 15 year guarantee by
satisfying building standards, traditional bases often
have no guarantee. |

Q. Could there be
any problems with properties near the sea?
A. All bases can be galvanised as per customer
requirements. |

Q. If I run into
any problems whilst constructing my conservatory can I
call you?
A. Do not hesitate to call us for help
regarding anything with you kit. |

Q. What are the
guttering and rainwater requirements?
A. Guttering is as with any other structure and
can run into a water butt, soak away or existing storm
drain. |

Q. I have a very
difficult site requiring drainage and uneven surface
considerations?
A. A site visit can be arranged at cost,
however these considerations should be eliminated with
the design and drawing stage. |
